Terms & Conditions
- The referred candidate is successfully placed with a client and completes the 3 month guarantee period for permanent placements.
- Referral competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
- Candidate must know that they are being referred and have given their permission.
- Candidate must not currently be on Harper Smith Recruitment’s database.
- Candidate must be placed into a role within 6 months of being referred.
