Site Foreman & Carpenters ,Commercial Construction, Tauranga
The people we are seeking are well versed in the day to day operations of commercial construction projects, have a keen appreciation and adherence to time constraints, budgetary requirements and quality of finish.
Foreman - overseeing sub contractors effectively is key in this tight market. The ability to find quick and effective solutions, be flexible and cool under pressure and have good organisational skills is essential. Previous exposure to commercial and industrial developments as a working site foreman would be a distinct advantage in this role.
This role requires a proven all-rounder. You will be required to manage and lead tradespeople and contractors, ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and responsibilities, and ensure the logistics of construction projects are completed.
If you have the following, we would like to hear from you:
• Hold a trade qualification in carpentry
• Previous experience in a Foreman role in a commercial or multi unit residential capacity
• Extensive knowledge and experience of NZ building codes
• A proven leader and highly skilled in managing people
• Thorough experience with health & safety requirements and responsibilities
Carpenters - To be considered you will need:
- To be trade qualified
- At least 3 years' experience
- A professional attitude
- The ability to communicate with a wide range of people
