Development Planner - (Intermediate to Senior)

We are looking for a motivated experienced NZ trained planner to join this unique company that specialises in residential and commercial developments across the Canterbury region. With ambitious growth plans and a team that is continuing to win quality work, opportunities like this in the planning field do not come up often. You will be working closely with the Planning Manager on a variety of work - from private plan changes, large land development projects and land acquisition to providing resource management planning advice to site issues on residential, commercial, industrial and rural areas. You will be working alongside a team of construction experts that cover everything from civil to vertical construction.

To be successful, you will need to have:

• Tertiary qualification in planning or a related discipline
• Three years plus working within a consultancy/council environment as a planner
• Knowledge of RMA
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment
