Harper Smith Recruitment is currently recruiting for a New Home Sales Consultant for one of the premier residential construction companies in New Zealand.
This role will involve dealing with and converting enquiries from potential clients, guiding them through the design process, and ensuring that all contractual information is successfully gathered from, and presented to, the client. You’ll be securing financial commitments from clients and progressing clients to the signing of Building Contracts.
The role will see you proactively seeking out potential new clients, building and maintaining solid relationships with industry professionals, meeting clients in person and at show homes, dealing with enquiries and provide clients with guidance and education of the building process and elements. You will also spend time manning the show homes on a roster.

- Strong customer service focus

- Be a disciplined self-starter and results-driven individual, but have the ability to work as a team
- Willing and eager to learn
- Ability to work rostered hours
