Interiors Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for a busy role with an interior commercial construction company. You will be the site supervisor overseeing high end commercial fitouts. This is a new position in the developing Hamilton branch. You will be required to work independently and supervise works on site.

This role requires:

• Strong New Zealand construction experience in residential or commercial.
• A proven ability to deliver projects within schedule and budget constraints.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and responsibilities.
• A proven ability to work alone unsupervised.
• Thorough understanding of MS Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple smaller jobs.
• Experience working on interior projects is an advantage but not essential
• To assign appropriate team members to daily planned jobs.
• Local industry knowledge and a drive to build new project development leads.
