Penny Homes is a successful award winning residential & commercial developer based in Taupo undertaking a variety of construction projects through the Taupo, Waikato, BOP and Auckland regions. Position Overview: We're seeking a Health & Safety Administrator with proven experience in H&S and who is either achieved or working towards a qualification in H&S to support the existing Health & Safety Manager. This important role requires a high level of H&S related technical skills and its has a strong focus on the administrative tasks associated with managing safety-related reports and admin and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with the H&S Manager along with the Construction Manager, Project Management team and sub contractors.
This role will require occasional day trips to sites including Taupo, Waikato and the BOP and from time to time travel (fly) to Auckland .

Hours - Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

- Participate in safety inspections and audits.
- Communicate safety information to employees.
- A passion for Health & Safety
- A qualification or working towards a qual in H&S.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Solid computer proficiency.
- Strong Administrative skills
- Passion for health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to various personalities.
- Ability to travel to Auckland one per month
Hours - Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)
