Position Overview:
We are looking for a Quality and Maintenance Manager to liaise with our clients and subtrades, arranging any remedial maintenance work on completed homes, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Quality and Maintenance Manager to liaise with our clients and subtrades, arranging any remedial maintenance work on completed homes, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of each maintenance request from ‘start to completion’ including liaison with customers, suppliers, tradesman and internal staff
- Assess and organise each sub-trade required ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal disruption to the home owner.
- Work with Penny Homes project team to resolve issues with construction and sub trades
- Quality assurance and control - Ensure all trades maintain company standards and complete work in a tradesman like
manner and in accordance with the relevant Building Codes. - Liaise with clients and internal management staff to achieve customer satisfaction
- Recognize and promote at all times H&S regulations and the company's OSH policies for a Safe Site.
- Maintain reports records and lead the QA process.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written at all levels to successfully achieve outcomes.
- Be an effective team player
- Ability to be flexible, prioritise and work in an organised and effective manner
- Possess excellent interpersonal and supervision skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
- Possess technical knowledge and commercial acumen relevant to the position, and a commitment to continuously updating business awareness.
