They have a mix of industrial and commercial projects underway and due to a number of recently awarded projects they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with solid back ground in commercial construction to support the Commercial manager in their Tauranga location.
You will be primarily responsible for the preparation of budgets and estimates for tender and design, construction & maintenance projects.
You will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications and have had a commercial contracts admin and estimating focus throughout your work history. Enthusiasm and motivation is a must, as is a 'can do' attitude and a passion for the building industry along with a good attitude backed up by solid references. You will be driven, personable and have excellent communication and collaboration skills with good attention to detail.
