Senior Planner - Hamilton

Terra Consultants are a multi-disciplinary planning, engineering and surveying consultancy. With offices in Auckland and Hamilton, they are well known for their extensive expertise and high-quality service and have a strong reputation in the market.

We are now searching for a Senior Planner to join our Hamilton office. This role will see you working on a vast array of developments and you will be utilising your extensive experience and capabilities. You will join a high-performing and close-knit team who pride themselves on their efficient and innovative out-puts. This is a good opportunity to learn from some of the best and hone your skills, with career development prospects as well.

You will be involved in an array of developments including residential infill developments, rural subdivisions and city centre transformation work. Your role will be to offer valued advice and expertise and resource management solutions. You will be doing consenting across the different projects but will do no council processing work.

Key Requirements for the role include:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Planning
• 5 years plus experience in NZ
• Experience working in a consulting environment
• Experience managing resource consent applications and project teams
• Commercially savvy
