Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial Contractor - Tauranga 2026

We are seeking a seeking a Senior QS,  who is experienced in commercial projects in NZ to become part of the cohesive and professional team within this well recognised commercial contractor. This position will see the successful candidate starting early in 2026, thriving in a project focused role working alongside a high performing commercial team with the ability to be totally hands on. You will be responsible for full contract administration duties, budget comparisons, tender analysis of sub-contractors, sub-contractor agreements, variations and preparation of budgets.

You may also be required to:

• Look to improve the business systems and efficiency to improve productivity 
• Accurately set and measure all pricing.
• Prepare registrations of interest, estimates and proposals for the Sales function of the business.

We would like to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying 
• Proven experience in commercial Quantity Surveying in NZ
• Efficient organisational and planning skills with an eye for detail
• Effective communication and negotiation skills 
• Solid computer skills 
• NZ Drivers license
