Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Residential, Tauranga

We are seeking applications from intermediate to experienced Quantity Surveyors looking to work for a prominent residential builder in the Tauranga. This is a great opportunity to join a mid - high end award winning residential building firm who have a strong reputation in the market place. For the successful candidate you will undertake pricing and prepare estimates and do full contracts administration for new builds from architectural and engineering; specifications, designs and drawings.

You will also be a part of a fun and supportive culture within a positive atmosphere which will provide a good challenge and allow you to succeed. This organisation has a healthy pipeline of new build work ahead.

To be considered for this role:

• Must bring experience in a QS position within the NZ residential building sector
• NZ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with a wide range of people including internal Project Managers, Sales people, admin staff along with customers and suppliers
• Strong Excel capabilities
• Ability to deal with multiple projects
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Good sense of humour
