Intermediate Project Manager – Joinery

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Intermediate level Project Manager to join their team. What you'll be doing

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and construction programs
• Monitoring project costs, variations, timelines and overall project progress
• Conducting site meetings and coordinating day-to-day project activities
• Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders
• Reviewing plans, drawings and project documentation
• Managing procurement and ensuring materials are delivered in line with project requirements
• Identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across all projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations

You'll need the confidence to make decisions, follow things through and have the conversations required to keep a project on track. • Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction, interiors, fit-out, joinery or a related industry
• Solid understanding of construction processes
• Confident in your ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, variations and procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and project outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Reliable, organised and committed to delivering projects on time
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
