Structural Revit Technician - Queenstown

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Revit Technician to join an established structural engineering consultancy in Queenstown.

The role will have a strong focus on residential work, including high-end and architecturally designed homes throughout Queenstown, Central Otago and the wider region. These are often interesting and technically challenging builds requiring a high standard of structural modelling, detailing and documentation.

You will be joining an experienced New Zealand engineering team and working alongside two other drafters, with plenty of support from senior engineers and technicians. The team has a collaborative approach and offers an excellent environment to further develop your structural drafting and Revit capability.

While previous structural drafting experience would be ideal, the client is also open to an Architectural Technician with strong Revit skills who would like to transition into structural engineering.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 3+ years' drafting/technician experience
• Strong Revit skills and modelling capability
• Structural or architectural drafting background
• Some previous New Zealand drafting experience
• Good construction and detailing knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• An interest in developing your structural knowledge
