Intermediate Civil Engineer (Civil 3D) - Tauranga

The Tauranga office of this established engineering consultancy is growing and are needing an intermediate civil engineer/designer with a minimum of 2 years NZ experience to assist on various land development projects. The role will require someone with knowledge and experience working on Civil 3D. Additionally, you will work across design, site investigations and liaise with clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking civil design for land development projects
• Complete projects from start to finish by working collaboratively with their teams of Designers, Engineers, Geotechnical Specialists, Surveyors and Planners
• Prepare engineering calculations, specifications and design documentation
• Work closely with clients, local authorities and contractors.
• Construction monitoring
• Work in conjunction with other disciplines within the office

Skills and Experience needed:

• Recognised engineering qualification
• Some experience working on land development projects in NZ
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Effective communication skills
