Services Foreman

Work on one of the Bay of Plenty’s most high-profile construction projects.

We’re looking for an experienced Services Foreman to join the team delivering a large-scale, multi-stage apartment development in Mount Maunganui. This is a key site-based role supporting the coordination and delivery of all building services across a complex, multi-level build.

You’ll be working closely with the Services Manager, Site Managers, and subcontractors to ensure services installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

• Support the coordination of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services on site
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are progressing in line with programme
• Identify and resolve clashes between services and other trades
• Provide hands-on support where required across installations
• Ensure all works align with drawings, specifications and compliance requirements
• Assist with commissioning, inspections, and defect resolution
• Maintain strong communication across site teams to ensure smooth sequencing

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electrician or background in Mechanical/Building Services
• Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of services coordination and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
• Experience supervising subcontractors or leading on-site delivery
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a strong eye for detail
