We’re working with a well-established joinery manufacturing business based in Mount Maunganui that is looking for a reliable and hands-on Yard & Logistics Coordinator to support their operations.

This is a key role ensuring materials, deliveries, and stock are moving efficiently between suppliers, the workshop, warehouse, and site. If you enjoy being on the go, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — this is a solid opportunity.

The Role

• Manage container de-vanning and unloading of goods
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Transport materials — including collecting flatpack joinery and delivering finished product
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient yard layout
• Assist with warehouse setup, racking and stock organisation
• Support inventory tracking and stock control processes
• Work closely with the Fit-Out Manager to coordinate site deliveries
• Carry out general yard duties and maintenance as required

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift licence (essential)
• Class 2 licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a yard, warehouse or logistics role
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, practical and able to work independently
