Join a respected structural engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation across Australia and NZ for delivering high-quality commercial projects.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with 8+ years' New Zealand consulting experience who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients, and contributing to the growth of the NZ operation.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative team delivering a wide range of commercial and industrial developments from concept design through to construction.
About You You'll ideally have:
- BE (Hons) from a New Zealand university.
- Around 8+ years' experience in New Zealand structural consulting.
- Strong commercial building design experience.
- A solid understanding of New Zealand building codes and structural design standards.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- CPEng or actively working towards chartership would be an advantage.
- Leading the structural design of commercial building projects.
- Managing client relationships and coordinating project delivery.
- Working closely with architects, contractors and other consultants.
- Delivering practical, buildable engineering solutions.
- High-quality commercial projects.
- A technically respected engineering team.
