Graduate/Intermediate Civil Engineer - (Stormwater Focus)

We are seeking a talented civil engineer with experience in land development and/or 3 waters design to work for leading consulting firm.

The current team is growing and has a reputation for technical excellence and quality across the country. With a proud history of partnering with their clients to deliver creative and commercially sound engineering resolutions across New Zealand, they are now looking to appoint a talented graduate to intermediate Civil Engineer with a focus on land development engineering, civil design and stormwater management, to join their team in Christchurch. To be considered, you will need experience in the consultancy market in NZ in a similar role.

The company has a strong environmental focus and will offer you the chance to work on a diverse range of projects. The position will see you providing technical design input and guidance to the team and developing solutions for a range of environmental projects throughout the country. You will need to be technically proficient and have a proven background working on land development engineering and civil design with particular strengths on stormwater projects.
  
Experience needed:

• BE Civil / Natural Resources Degree from a NZ University (You will need to show an academic transcript)
• 1-5 years consulting experience in NZ
• Experience working on land development or civil infrastructure projects with a focus on stormwater
• Construction management experience
• Client focused with a focus on meeting project timeframes
• Strong communication skills
